The Challenge
SEOBoosty's founding team had deep SEO expertise but no technical capacity to build the platform they envisioned. They needed a tool that could automate the tedious, repetitive aspects of SEO management, specifically site auditing, keyword tracking, backlink monitoring, and content scoring, in a way that was accessible to marketing teams without technical backgrounds.
The platform had to scale to handle thousands of concurrent site crawls, store and analyze millions of keyword rankings over time, and deliver actionable insights in a clean dashboard that non-technical marketers could navigate confidently.
Our Approach
We designed a distributed crawling architecture in Python that runs concurrent site audits without overwhelming target servers. Crawl results feed into a Node.js API layer that scores pages against over 120 SEO factors and generates prioritized action items for each site.
The React-based dashboard was designed collaboratively with SEOBoosty's marketing team to ensure clarity for non-technical users. Redis handles real-time job queuing and caching, while PostgreSQL stores historical ranking data with time-series partitioning for fast trend analysis.
